Hoping to apply to Black Swamp in Toledo in early September, but haven't been able to find the app for that yet. Also hoping to be invited back to the ArtCraft Holiday show for the first weekend in December, but won't hear for sure on that till around mid-year.
Almost forgot- I also applied to the Ann Arbor show in July. Didn't mention earlier since I have roughly a snowflake's chance on a barbeque of making it in- veryVERY competitive show from what I understand. Fun to try though.. :)
